Early enrolment is advised to secure your place as numbers for most classes are limited.
You can enrol in the following ways:
- In person, by calling into any one of our 6 main sites: Brunswick Street; Castlereagh; College Square East; Gerald Moag Campus at Millfield; Tower Street; Whiterock during normal office hours including lunchtime.

Telephone Enrolment
You can enrol by telephone by ringing 028 9026 5265 during normal office hours.
Before calling, please ensure that you have valid credit/debit card details available for use.
Certain conditions apply :
- Payment must be made by credit/debit card
- Please note that if you use telephone enrolment, you will be charged the full fee for the course
- If you are entitled to a reduced fee, you will be given a refund when you present proof as outlined in the fees section
- After office hours, you can leave your contact details and a short message on our answering service at the above number
Postal Enrolment
You can enrol by completing an enrolment form and sending it together with the correct fee by post.
PLEASE NOTE: To avoid over subscription of classes, Postal Enrolments must be received one clear week before the commencement date of a course. Any Postal Enrolments received after this date will be returned to sender.
Certain conditions apply :
- Enrolment forms must be fully completed
- All postal enrolment forms must be accompanied by a cheque or postal order made out to Belfast Metropolitan College. Otherwise, the enrolment cannot be processed and you may miss a place on the course of your choice.
- It is important that ALL sections of the enrolment form are completed to enable your enrolment to be processed
- If you are claiming a reduced fee, you must send in evidence of your entitlement, details of which are supplied in the fees section. A photocopy of evidence is acceptable. Alternatively, you can request a Concessionary Fee Letter which must be validated by DSS.

Over-subscribed and cancelled courses
Numbers for most classes are limited and applications are dealt with in the order they are received. Early enrolment is advised to secure your place.
Unfortunately we are unable to run courses that are under-subscribed so all our courses are subject to a certain minimum enrolment. Occasionally we are forced to cancel a course. If this happens we will let you know as soon as we can and refund your enrolment fee. |
