	What is Catalyst ~ the Graduate Social Enterprise Programme an agent for change ?
	The programme is aimed at supporting Social Enterprise organisations from disadvantaged areas in the Greater Belfast area. It matches a graduate employee with a social enterprise organisation who will develop an area of their business by completing a project.

Benefits of GSEP

The organisation gains additional expertise and resources to develop the capacity of the organisation in the longer term

Projects are managed by the graduate under the supervision of workplace and academic mentors

Workplace mentors develop their skills by sharing ideas with their peers at workshops and through supporting the graduate in the workplace

The graduate gains workplace skills, whilst contributing to the development of the social enterprise business and community

Training and support are tailored to suit the needs of the organisations, workplace mentors and graduates
