Lurgaboy’s engagement with Belfast Institute began with an initial business needs assessment meeting. Following on from this key training needs were identified in the areas of SAGE accounting and marketing. A specialist from the Institute was then able to deliver one to one tailored training in SAGE on the business premises which fully met Lurgaboy Lodge’s needs.
In addition Richard was assigned a marketing mentor who again met with him on a regular basis and gave him assistance in developing and defining his product portfolio. |
